Maybe a Wanted Ads board or something, where people could post and ask for people to play as certain Pokemon to help with their character's plot and such?

AKA an adoption board? The only problem with that is, if you are handing off a character for a plot, then you would have to give the new person the password, username, yadda yadda yadda. though, an admin can go in and change the password and email, then give it to them. 
Though, it would help for those who want siblings and hatchlings to be roleplayed... However, would hatchlings need to make a bio? Wait, wait. Yes. xD;; -rambles to self- Hurr... We might just add that in. oAo

Well, not handing off. Just getting people to help you with a certain character's plot. Such as, Blaze has an older brother whom he doesn't know what happened to. I was hoping to let someone play him, and Blaze end up finding out that his brother wasn't dead after all.
